BUILDING GUARANTEE

The Spanish equivalent to the UK NHBC buildmark warranty which gives you a 10 year structural warranty. In adition to this we provide a 1 year guarantee covering any defects and a 3 year damp proof warranty as standard.

OWNERSHIP GUARANTEE

We guarantee that you will be registered at the property registry as the owner of the property, free of charges or encumbrances. Unlike many developers, we provide our clients full ownership of the land right from the start.

STAGE PAYMENT BANK GUARANTEE

All payments by our clients made on our villas are backed by a finantial guarantee from a major national bank. This means that for each payment that you make, you will receive a bank guarantee for the same amount. This makes building with MPS VILLAS a 100% secure investment.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Everything im our new villas is designed to last, from the initial foundations to that last roof tile. Before construction we carry out geological surveys on the land, all iron and concrete items are analysed in a laboratory and all building materials are EC homologtaed. Our team of architects and surveyors are regulary on site to ensure that your dream home is built to last.

FIXED PRICE GUARANTEE

From the moment an agreement is signed, MPS villas freeze the price of both the land and the construction, thus protecting the client against future cost rises. Our villas are fully project managed and include extras fees such as :

INFRASTRUCTURE GUARANTEE

All our plots are fully approved by the regional government and free of any encumbrances both legal and finantial. Mains electric , mains water, telehone, fiber internet and sewage come as standard at no extra cost.

LAND GRAB GUARANTEE

All of our plots are in established residential areas with all the infrastructure in place and are not subject to land grab regulations.

CONSTRUCTION TIME GUARANTEE

MPS Villas guarantee a 12 month maximum build time. In over 30 years of trading we have never been late delivering a home. We are one of the few companies to offer a penalty clause of 100 Euros a day should your home be delivered late.
